虽然没有救过灾，但是就在人群也是想辟邪，而且有了红旗找起来比较方便，如果你在陌生的地方没有任何参照物，又怎么集结呢？

我听说血色旗确实不很吉祥。
综观西洋发达诸国，罕有用血色旗当国旗的。
咱也不知道这旗子风格是不是和苏联学的。
