就在美国总统奥巴马访问北京的11月17日，在位于北京海淀区西三环的北京
正豪办公大厦，一群自称受领导指示的北京卫戍区警卫第一师下属四团的军
官，继续以诉讼北京正豪办公大厦输了为籍口，大肆散发传单，扰乱上百家
企业正常经营。
当有人提醒这些军人，美国总统奥巴马在北京访问要注意影响，该军官不屑
的说，这跟他没有什么关系。其后比11月13、14日更加疯狂。
本台记者曾在本月14日，发了北京卫戍区警卫一师四团的军官能在法院执行
前耍流氓吗的报导。当时还有几个网友和观众说不客观。大多数海外爱国观
众表示急切。有些观众来邮件表示要知道事件的全部过程，以邮件和跟贴超

客观来讲既然中国讲法制，就得先练好公平正义的社会修养。既然要把所有
的全部的本国家的命运的主宰交由司法和法院执法，那么对他的监督应该是

While the U.S. president Barack Obama visited Beijing on October 17th,
Beijing Garrison Command, the division four Regimental officers,
harassed hundreds of business in Beijing Zhenghao Office Building
located at West Third Ring Road in Beijing's Haidian District and
distributed flyers with the excuse that Zhenghao Office Building
lost the case of contract
conflict.
During the harassment, when people reminded these soldiers that
they should mind their behaviors during President Obama’s visit,
one officers said with contempt, “This has nothing to do with me.”
The chaos was worse than the what they did on November 13th and 14th.
USA TV reporter published a report on the 14th this month regarding
the incident, titled: “Can the officers of Beijing Garrison Command,
First division league fourth harass before the court execution?”
Some internet browsers and viewers reflected that the report was
biased. But most overseas patriotic Chinese viewers shoed their
concern. Some Audience emailed wanting to find out the full story.

country of laws and regulations, It should build a social

facilities should be the first and top priority for the
